Important Notes

Many units do not have their overall performance impacted significantly by which set you use in the Stability slots, and substats are far more important. When gearing a unit under such circumstances, you can simply look for the highest rarity substats, and go from there.

Hubble

Offense: MLR/Stack | Main Stat: %Hashrate | Substats: %Hashrate, %Damage

MLR is more inclined towards general use, but Stack performs better with certain functions, especially No Kill Like OverkillNo Kill Like Overkill.

Stability: Any, with HP main stat(ideally flat, not %) | Substats: Hashrate, Crit Rate

Special: Paradigm | Main stat: Haste | Substats: Hashrate, Haste

Hubble's Skill animations are short, only second to Fresnel. 30 ASPD is more impactful than 10% Haste as a result, and also makes some functions more effective on her.

Kuro

Both are good, pick at your own discretion.

Stability: Any, with HP main stat(ideally %) | Substats: ATK, Crit Rate

Special: Convolution | Main Stat: Crit DMG | Substats: ATK, Crit Rate

OR Cluster | Main Stat: 1 Crit Rate 1 Crit DMG | Substats: Crit Rate, Crit DMG

Convolution specs fully into Crit DMG to reduce the need for Crit Rate, and makes the ideal Crit Rate hover somewhere around 43%. In an environment with many functions Cluster can perform better and increase Skill damage significantly. Haste substat can also be considered.

Nanaka

Not much to say, Nanaka only seeks to gain Hashrate from these slots

Stability: Any, with HP main stat(ideally flat, not %) | Substats: Hashrate, Mitigation

Special: Loop Gain | Main Stat: Haste/%Healing | Substats: Haste, %Healing/Hashrate

Haste is better for general use, but there is actually little difference between the two main stats in terms of pure healing done. These two stats can be mixed and matched, but it should be noted that with an Angela in the team %Healing becomes far more impactful.

Lam

Offense: Limit Value | Main Stat: %ATK | Substats: Crit DMG, %Damage

Only set that Lam gains significantly from in the majority of situations.

LIMIT VALUE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN GLOBAL YET. Make do with MLR in the meantime, with the same stats as above.

Stability: Any, with HP main stat(ideally flat, not %) | Substats: ATK, Crit Rate

Special: Paradigm | Main Stat: Crit DMG | Substats: ATK, Crit DMG

Because we are running Limit Value, we need to use the ASPD bonus from Paradigm to raise Crit Rate. Can choose to go with Crit Rate for substat instead.

Chelsea

Offense: Data Repair/Limit Value/MLR | Main Stat: %ATK | Substats: %ATK, %Damage

All are good choices - can pick depending on what is available to you. Make sure to read the notes below.

Stability: Any, with HP main stat(ideally %) | Substats: ATK, Mitigation

Special: Delta V./Strategem | Main Stat: Haste: Substats: ATK/Dodge, Haste

IMPORTANT: For Limit Value/MLR, either is ok in the Special slots. For Data Repair, bring Strategem.

BE CAREFUL WITH SUBSTATS. When using Delta, having two orange Haste substats will cause Chelsea to cancel her Normal Attack animation, reducing her damage and impacting her performance with functions. Either only have one Haste substat, or use the Strategem set instead.

Vee

Note: This assumes that you can access the [Hyperthreshold Stress] function set. The difference in Vee's output with this set is heaven and earth.

Best set for her, hands down.

Haste is not useful for this unit, and other sets offer little improvement, which is why we are speccing further into the function set.

Croque

Same case as Nanaka here - only stands to gain Hashrate from main stats. Substats can be chosen at will.

Stability: Resolve/Overflow | Main Stat: %HP | Substats: %HP, Mitigation

Resolve cranks up Croque's ability to stay alive in singular, more extended stages. Overflow is specialised for short, intense fights, ensuring that she survives.

Special: Strategem | Main Stat: Haste/%Phys DEF | Substats: Dodge, Haste/%Phys DEF

Strategem effectively raises her survivability in most situations. Take Phys DEF for pure tankiness, or Haste for uptime and faster initial activation which can be vital in many levels to stop enemies from using Skills immediately.
